"The perfect hotel in London!"

My partner and I stayed at this hotel a few days ago Monday to Friday. We pre booked our Executive Studio Room with a City View. We also paid to have breakfast included in our rate. The hotel was very easy to get to, a short walk from Waterloo train station and Waterloo Underground Station. If you arrive from the tube station follow black and yellow tourist signs or exit for York Road. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and shown to the check in desk. The gentleman helping us was kind and polite and very helpful. We requested online previously that we wanted to be situated on a high floor. This was acknowledged and we were given floor 13. When we arrived in our room it was very spacious especially as there was only 2 of us. The room was very clean, a comfortable temperature and had complimentary water in the fridge. The city view was also very good, we could see all the trains departing and arriving from Waterloo station, the Shard, in the distance Canary Wharf and even St Paul’s Cathedral. Shortly after check in we received a complimentary bottle of prosecco, macarons, chocolates and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. This was a very kind gesture and very much enjoyed! For anyone looking to book this room it included a comfortable living area including a sofa, TV, dressing space, hairdryer, safe and iron and ironing board. The kitchenette included a mini fridge, microwave, sink, crockery, selection of glassware and an ice bucket. In the bedroom there was an extra TV and a very comfortable large bed! The bathroom had both a bath and shower and complimentary ESPA washing products. We had breakfast in the restaurant one morning and were seated quickly. The hotel does recommend that you have breakfast earlier if you’d prefer it to be quiet but we went down at around 9:30am and it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice including full English breakfast, cereal, yogurts, fruit, juices, coffees, selection of hams, cheeses and pastries. At this hotel you can also have breakfast served to your room. If you have breakfast included in your rate then this is at no extra charge. We ordered on the card provided in the room and hung out on the door before 2am and were served to us at the desired time, hot! I would definitely recommend this if you have breakfast included. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again. It’s very clean, feels luxurious and quiet. "Care and consideration"

We stay at the Park Plaza County Hall several times a year and are Raddison Reward members. We always choose this particular hotel purposefully: it has the absolute kindest, most approachable staff who always do everything in their power to ensure that we have a wonderful stay. Additionally, we always bring our young children, and feel that they have a brilliant time and are made a fuss of! Moreover, the extensive range of delicious breakfast options cater to ever taste and features gluten-free and allergy-free options. The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. Junior suites offer the feeling of separate spaces (and TVs!) for different family members, while the kitchette allows for snacks and drinks conveniently. We would like to pay particular tribute to the lovely Alex on reception, the superb Guest Relations team and the fantastic Housekeeping team, who pulled out all of the stops to make our stay special before my son’s upcoming operation. The care, consideration and kindness of the staff at Park Plaza County Hall is to be commended. We will certainly look forward to staying again soon!

"Tolle Lage für Familien"

Tolle Lage für Familien - wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren 3 Teenager-Kindern. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, die direkt nebeneinander lagen. (Wir haben direkt beim Hotel gebucht und dies angefragt) Das Zimmer für Kinder war perfekt mit großem Doppelbett. Das ausziehbare Sofa wurde in ein Bett für 3. Kind gemacht und das Bad ist in der Mitte des Raumes, so dass es sich fast anfühlte, als hätten sie 2 separate Zimmer. Die Zimmer haben viel Stauraum und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Wir bekamen Housekeeping Daiky und alles war super sauber, frische Handtücher und konnte es jeden Lärm von außen oder anderen Gästen hören. Das Hotel ist in großartiger Lage, direkt neben Waterloo. Wir flogen nach Gatwick und bekamen einen Zug nach Clapham Junction und stiegen dann auf einen Zug nach Waterloo um - dauerte insgesamt etwa 50 Minuten und war sehr einfach zu navigieren Das Hotel ist in großartiger Lage - etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum London eye. Viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe auf SouthBank . Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Westminster Bridge , ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß zum Leister Square . . wir gingen auch zum Borough Mkt in ca. 25 Minuten für die berühmten Schokolade Erdbeeren . Das einzige Mal, dass wir die U-Bahn benutzten, war zum Camden Market zu gehen, wie überall sonst war zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war gut. (Omelettes , Rührei, Speck, Würstchen , Getreidesortiment , Brot , Joghurt . Wir haben uns immer sofort hingesetzt, obwohl es wirklich voll war. Es gab viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern dort auch Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt und perfekte Lage, um London zu erkunden

Okay, here's a review of a hypothetical two-night stay in London, hitting all your points: Fantastic London Base! Just back from a wonderful two-night stay in London and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation. Location was absolutely key for us, and this place delivered in spades! Being just a stone's throw from a tube station made zipping around London to see all the sights incredibly easy and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and very tidy – a real pleasure to come back to after a busy day exploring. It was also surprisingly well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or to offer directions and advice. They really added to the positive atmosphere of the place. And the best part? It was all very reasonably priced for a London stay! We felt we got excellent value for money. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly base to explore London without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be booking again on our next visit!
