Very nice hotel with everything you need! Friendly staff! Hotel was super central and close to Victoria Station! Room was very nice and comfortable bed! Highly recommend it! Have made a new booking in May and look forward to visit again soon!

W hotelu Park Plaza spędzilismy 4 noce. Pobyt wspominamy bardzo miło. Wspaniała lokalizacja hotelu, w Centrum, blisko stacji metra Victoria i linii autobusowych. . Wiele atrakcji Londynu jest dostępnych na piechotę. Hotel czysty, miła, grzeczna obsługa. Personel w recepcji miły, uprzejmy. W recepcji pracuje p. Karolina , mówiąca po polsku, bardzo miła i uczynna. Pokój czysty, dość duży, ładna łazienka. W pokoju lodówka, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres do kawy i uzupełniane kapsułki do ekspresu i herbata, a także woda. W pokoju jest 1 gniazdko na polską wtyczkę! W łazience zestaw kosmetyków pielęgnacyjnych. Ręczniki zmieniane zgodnie z życzeniem. Szerokie wygodne łóżko. W hotelu przyjemne wnętrza, na dole kawiarnia-bar i restauracja. 4 windy, więc nie trzeba na nie czekać Świetny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Londynu. Wyjazd wiązał się dla nas z kolejną rocznicą ślubu, o czym poinformowałam hotel przed przyjazdem. Na miejscu czekała nas miła niespodzianka w postaci dekoracji pokoju płatkami róż i smacznych truskawek w czekoladzie. Pobyt wspominamy oboje bardzo miło.

"3 day business trip from Antigua"

I can’t rate the reception/checkin we received here highly enough. Thankyou Geneve and Hamda. After 2 weeks travelling and arriving into Victoria shattered from an early morning flight, we were not only afforded a super early check in, but given a fabulous room too. This allowed us some much needed rest ahead of a busy work schedule. Great team at this hotel, which I highly recommend.

"Great location, great rooms, excellent breakfast"

I stay here a lot on my work trips to London and it’s become my favourite hotel. Immediately opposite the train and tube station and a few minutes walk to Westminster. Rooms are nice and clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and nice pillows. Breakfast is always well organised with a huge array of continental and hot options. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Great location, staff are friendly and helpful. Receptionist Oksana very good at communicating with guests. Room are clean and well presented. Breakfast is a must at this hotel. Victoria Station area is great place as it is very easy to travel to all parts of London and Heathrow airport.
