Supergemakjelijk hotel. Ruime garage direct onder hotel. Vriendelijke en efficiënte receptie. Gezellige bar die alles schenkt. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Ruime kamer en perfecte badkamer. Mooi king size bed. Mag van mij iets zachter. Zeker een plek om terug te komen.

"Net hotel met super personeel"

Nette ruime kamers, moderne badkamer en enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het restaurant was ook prima! Qua locatie is het niet super, maar wel dicht bij het Messegelände wat voor deze zakenreis perfect uitkwam.

Goed hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede parkeerplaats. Kamer voldoet uitstekend. 5 minuten lopen tot het concert. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Hannover is ook een leuke plaats om even naar toe te gaan.

"aangenaam personeel, superschone kamer"

Superschone kamer (suite), prachtige badkamer, uitstekende wifi (die het gelijk deed) in het hele hotel, ook op het terras. En ja: uitstekende airco: zachte koele bries, die na verloop van tijd stopt zodat je niet een koude wind in je nek krijgt. Komen in veel hotels: deze airco was de beste.

"Prima hotel met wat achterhaalde methodes."

Schoon en net. Hele goede bedden. Erg warm in het hotel. Beetje achterhaald tijdschema aangaande keuken en bar. Geen snacks en betalen met contant geld is niet meer van deze tijd. Online inchecken een drama.

In our restaurant and bar is the payment with cash or by card possible, at the evening you joined our bar/restaurant the was a issue with our payment gateways, we´re sorry for the circumstances. Unfortunately, there is currently a shortage of staff in the hotel industry, which also affects us. This is the reason why our restaurant and bar is open from 6pm.
