M&S food is very close, across room entrance to Waterloo. We enjoyed Locale Italian, about 100 yds from hotel. (weeblondscotty)

Très central, accueil chaleureux malgré la grande capacité d'accueil, très bonne literie, personnel très disponible et aidant (notre anglais n'est pas très fluide:)) et vraiment très bien localisé: à 50 mètres du wesminster bridge, proche des stations waterloo et westminster, c'est idéal pour se déplacer.

Chambre très confortable et propre. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec tout à disposition. L’inconvénient est l’obligation de réservation de la piscine etc. Nous avons dîné au restaurant et le service était excellent le repas de qualité. Merci à Papiya pour sa douceur et sa disponibilité.

La vue est superbe,tout est très propre, l’accueil est très chaleureux,la douche comme le bain est agréable,les télévisions fonctionne très bien,la réception est très chouette,il y a plusieurs sorte de prises électriques (uk,eu,us,mp3,int)

"Séjour à cet hôtel"

J’ai récemment passé un séjour dans cet hôtel et tout était parfait. L’emplacement est juste super, au centre ville à 3 minutes de big m’en et tout près d’une station de métro. Lors de mon départ j’ai oublié des affaires à moi dans le coffre mais grava a l’aide de Nayara et de la sécurité j’ai tout pu récupérer. Elle m’as très vite répondu et le problème s’est résolu très rapidement. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

Le service de Natalia au restaurant brasserie Joel était génial et elle nous a bien conseillé. La nourriture était excellente. Merci beaucoup. Nous allons revenir souvent pendant notre séjour. Merci beaucoup pour cet excellent repas et ce merveilleux service.
