"Sympa et bien situé mais.."

Réouverture de cet hôtel récente (7 avril 2025) Très bien situé à 15 min à pied du centre, avec un tramway à 5 min et le métro à 10 min Cet hôtel paraît grand mais est bien agencé et cela donne un charme de petit hôtel avec un patio, une terrasse et un bar. La salle du petit déjeuner est dans le restaurant et il y a toujours de la place car c’est spacieux Le petit dej est fourni avec du choix mais assez simple pour un 4* Bémol : - le ménage .. hôtel eco responsable mais il faut demander plusieurs fois du papier toilette, une femme de ménage a vidé les poubelles mais a laissé le sachet plastique plein sur la commode. Nous avions monté des tasses de tisanes, elles n’ont jamais été retirées de la chambre, nous avons dû les descendre - la chaleur : il fait trop chaud dans la chambre malgré la Clim qui ne peut pas se baisser en dessous de 19 - la luminosité : malgré des efforts de volets installés, il y a beaucoup de jours le matin dans la chambre Ils sont sûrement en rodage mais ça ne vaut pas un 4* pour le moment

"Court mais grand séjour"

Nous y avons passé une nuit pour un court voyage d'affaires. Super hôtel récemment rénové et situé dans le centre-ville à proximité de tous les principaux sites touristiques de Vienne. Très bonne cuisine. Ce sera certainement mon choix numéro un lorsque je serai de retour à Vienne à l'avenir.

"Confortable, élégant et bien situé."

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance, les sièges extérieurs pour un café ou des cocktails. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse et très confortable, nos enfants ont adoré la grande promenade - dans la douche. Le petit déjeuner était très frais, l'offre était juste assez large pour tout le monde de choisir ce qu'ils aiment. L'emplacement est excellent, nous avons marché partout. Ce n'est pas un hôtel familial, donc ne vous attendez pas à des installations pour enfants, mais nous ne les utilisons jamais de toute façon. Ce serait bien d'avoir quelques tabourets et sièges de toilettes pour les petits invités, ça ne coûte rien. Sinon, nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour et reviendrons sûrement.

Hé. Je réservais un hôtel pour un prochain séjour pour un voyage de filles et le processus a été super facile. J'ai reçu toutes les réponses. Je vais ajouter quelques photos et un feedback pour un service après tout aussi. Félicitations pour la réouverture, ressemble à un bijou avec ce jardin interne et une toute nouvelle salle de design.

La dame philippine qui m'a enregistré était désagréable lors de toutes mes nombreuses rencontres avec elle. Le lit et les oreillers étaient inconfortables. Sinon, c'était un séjour agréable.
